Installation

Unpacking the Refrigerator

Start by carefully removing the packaging materials from your Electrolux refrigerator. Use caution to avoid scratching or damaging the surface. Selecting the Proper Location

Position your refrigerator where it can function efficiently, considering ventilation and ease of access. Important Note: Place it at least 2 inches from the wall to ensure proper airflow and avoid overheating. Avoid placing it near heat sources such as ovens or direct sunlight, which can impair cooling performance. Additionally, ensure there’s a grounded electrical outlet nearby for hassle-free installation.

Leveling the Refrigerator

To ensure optimal performance, your refrigerator should be level. Use a carpenter’s level to check that the unit is even. If necessary, adjust the leveling legs located at the base. Turn the legs clockwise to raise or counterclockwise to lower the refrigerator until stable. Connecting the Water Supply

For models with a water dispenser or ice maker, connect the water supply before using those features. Turn off the main water supply, then connect a 1/4-inch copper tubing to the water supply valve. Electrical Hookup

Before connecting your refrigerator to the power supply, ensure the outlet is suitable: a grounded, three-prong outlet is recommended.
